1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Yugora or LoveOnClicks services, you signify your agreement to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not download, install, or use the application or website.
By using Yugora, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are under the age of 18, you are strictly prohibited from using this application and services.
2. Nature of Service
Yugora is provided strictly for relationship management, communication, memory sharing, and entertainment purposes only. Any features, interactions, AI suggestions, or content provided within the app are for personal enjoyment and do not constitute professional, legal, medical, or psychological advice or guaranteed relationship outcomes.
3. User Responsibility & Conduct
You agree to use the app responsibly, respectfully, and legally. You are strictly prohibited from:
- Misuse: Attempting to disrupt, reverse-engineer, overburden, or compromise the app’s functionality or server features.
- Harmful Content: Uploading, sharing, or transmitting content that is illegal, abusive, defamatory, hateful, or harmful (UGC).
- Security Breaches & Harassment: Harassing, stalking, threatening other users, or attempting unauthorized access (hacking, scraping, or data mining).
- Impersonation: Creating false accounts, impersonating others, or misrepresenting your identity.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban users who violate these rules without prior notice.
4. User-Generated Content (UGC) & Moderation
License: By uploading photos, memories, audio notes, or text, you grant LoveOnClicks a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to display, host, transmit, and use this content within Yugora solely to provide you with our services.
Ownership: You remain solely responsible for the content you upload, share, or broadcast.
Zero-Tolerance Policy: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable, abusive, explicit, or illegal content. We reserve the right to remove any such content immediately upon discovery.
Reporting & 24-Hour Removal: We provide in-app mechanisms for users to report objectionable content or block abusive users. We review all user reports and commit to removing violating content and/or banning offending users within 24 hours of receiving a report.
5. Child Protection & Safety Policy
Yugora is strictly an adult-only platform (18+). We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE), grooming, or any content that harms or exploits minors.
Any user found violating child safety rules will face immediate permanent account termination, IP ban, and reporting to law enforcement authorities (including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children - NCMEC and Indian Cyber Crime Coordination Centre). 6. Third-Party Advertisements & Links
The app displays advertisements via Google AdMob and may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, or privacy practices of these third-party ads or services. Any interaction, purchase, or engagement with an advertiser or third-party service is strictly between you and the third party.
7. Account Security & Data Erasure
If account registration is required to use Yugora:
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, OTPs, and password.
- You are solely liable for all activities that occur under your registered account.
- You may request account deletion at any time directly through the app settings or by visiting our Delete Account Page. Upon deletion, your account data will be permanently removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Multimedia & Communication Services
LoveOnClicks provides messaging, media sharing, audio calling, video calling, and voice messaging features for communication between paired users through the Yugora mobile application. By using these services, you agree to comply with the following terms.
8.1 User Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for all messages, images, videos, voice notes, audio files, and other content that you upload, send, receive, or share through the application.
You agree not to share content that:
- Is illegal, abusive, harmful, threatening, defamatory, or harassing.
- Contains unauthorized nudity, pornography, sexually explicit, or obscene material.
- Violates another person's privacy or intellectual property rights.
- Promotes violence, discrimination, fraud, or unlawful activities.
- Contains malware, viruses, or malicious software.
8.2 Harassment & Abuse Policy
Users must not use chat, audio calls, video calls, or media sharing features to harass, threaten, stalk, intimidate, impersonate, or abuse other users.
LoveOnClicks reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Yugora account found violating this policy without prior notice.
8.3 No Recording Policy
Users are prohibited from recording, screen-recording, capturing, distributing, or sharing audio calls, video calls, or private communications without the explicit consent of all participants.
Unauthorized recording or distribution of private conversations may result in account suspension, termination, and legal action where applicable.
8.4 Fair Usage Policy
The communication services provided by Yugora are intended solely for personal communication between connected users.
Users may not use these services for spam, commercial solicitation, mass broadcasting, advertising, fraud, or any unlawful activity.
8.5 Real-Time Communication Disclaimer
Audio and video calling services depend on internet connectivity, device compatibility, network bandwidth, and third-party communication infrastructure.
LoveOnClicks does not guarantee uninterrupted, lag-free, or error-free availability of Yugora calling services at all times.
8.6 Media Ownership
Users retain ownership of all photos, videos, voice messages, and other personal content shared through the platform.
LoveOnClicks does not claim ownership of your private user-generated content.
8.7 License To Host Content
By uploading or sharing media through the Yugora application, you grant LoveOnClicks a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transmit, and display such content solely for providing messaging, media sharing, synchronization, backup, and communication services.
8.8 Communication Privacy
Audio and video streams are processed in real time to facilitate communication. LoveOnClicks does not record, store, monitor, or listen to private audio or video conversations on Yugora.
9. In-App Purchases, Virtual Gifts & Subscriptions
Yugora may offer paid features, premium subscriptions, or virtual items/gifts. All purchases made within the app are processed securely through Google Play Store billing or authorized payment gateways.
- Non-Refundable: Unless required by applicable law or Google Play Store policies, all purchases of virtual gifts, coins, or premium features are final and non-refundable.
- Pricing: Prices for subscriptions and virtual features are subject to change. Any price changes for recurring subscriptions will be communicated in advance.
- Usage: Virtual items or gifts are non-transferable and have no real-world monetary value outside the application.
10. Intellectual Property Rights
All rights, titles, and interests in and to the Yugora application and LoveOnClicks platform—including software code, branding, logos, trademarks, graphics, UI design, animations, and feature names—are and remain the exclusive property of LoveOnClicks.
You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the app for personal use only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of any part of our services without prior written permission.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Yugora application and website are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or error-free operation.
We do not warrant that the app will operate uninterrupted, secure, or free from bugs, viruses, server downtime, or inaccuracies.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LoveOnClicks, its directors, officers, employees, or partners shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Any emotional or personal outcomes resulting from app usage or user interactions.
- Loss of data, photos, memories, device damage, or unauthorized access to your account.
- App downtime, technical bugs, server failures, or service interruptions.
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LoveOnClicks, Yugora, its parent company, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the app, your user-generated content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
14. Termination & Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your access to Yugora at our sole discretion, immediately and without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in illegal activities, or compromised the safety of other users.

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will post the revised terms on this page with an updated "Effective Date". Your continued use of the app or website after any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute, claim, controversy, or legal proceeding arising out of or relating to the use of Yugora, LoveOnClicks, its services, content, or these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
By using Yugora or LoveOnClicks services, you agree that all legal matters and disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
