Yugora is strictly an adult-only couple relationship and communication platform intended for individuals aged 18 and older. 1. Strict 18+ Age Restriction & Verification
Our application, website, and services are strictly prohibited for anyone under the age of 18. By accessing or using Yugora, you explicitly confirm and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. We employ age-confirmation checks during account registration to prevent minors from accessing our services.
2. Zero Tolerance for CSAM, CSAE & Child Exploitation
Yugora and LoveOnClicks maintain an absolute zero-tolerance policy towards Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE), child grooming, solicitation, sexualization, or any activity that endangers minors.
Any user found creating, uploading, storing, transmitting, or sharing content that exploits or harms children will face immediate, permanent account termination, IP blocking, and mandatory reporting to law enforcement authorities.
3. Prohibition of Children's Data Collection
We do not knowingly solicit, collect, process, or store personal information from children under the age of 18. If we discover or are notified that personal data of a minor has been collected inadvertantly, we will take immediate action to permanently delete that information and terminate the associated account.
4. Child Safety in Communication & Multimedia Services
Our messaging, photo sharing, video sharing, audio calling, and video calling features are designed strictly for adult partner communication. Users are strictly prohibited from using these real-time communication tools to share imagery, videos, or messages involving minors or child exploitation.
5. Automated Monitoring & 24-Hour Reporting Mechanism
We combine automated content detection with proactive manual moderation to identify and eliminate prohibited content.
- In-App Reporting Tools: Users can instantly report objectionable content, suspicious profiles, or safety violations directly within the chat and profile interfaces using our Report feature.
- 24-Hour Review SLA: All reports related to child safety or inappropriate material are prioritized and acted upon within 24 hours of receipt.
6. Mandatory Reporting & Cooperation with Law Enforcement
We actively cooperate with national and international law enforcement agencies and child protection organizations. When CSAM/CSAE or child endangerment is detected, we promptly file reports and provide necessary investigation data to authorities including:
- NCMEC: National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (CyberTipline).
- I4C & NCRP: Indian Cyber Crime Coordination Centre & National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal.

7. Parental & Guardian Assistance
